FAQ'S

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

1. DO I SEND YOU MY RIBBONS? Yes, you send me your ribbons for whichever design you prefer. Required amount of ribbons are listed under design details. If you are a bit short of the needed number, I can supplement a bit with unprinted ribbon.

2. HOW DO I SEND YOU A PICTURE? All I need is a jpg file emailed to me (toplinewreaths@gmail.com). I take care of getting a print made and framing the picture. Professional pictures work best as I need to get a large print made.

3. DO PRICES INCLUDE SHIPPING? No. Shipping is typically between $20 and $30, but it depends on location.

4. HOW BIG ARE THE WREATHS? Most wreaths are approximately 18” in diameter. I can do smaller and larger sizes as needed. Email me for a custom quote for a different size.

5. CAN I BRING MY RIBBONS TO YOU INSTEAD OF SHIPPING THEM? That is up to you. I live in Newark, Delaware, which is about 10 minutes south of Wilmington, Delaware. I am willing to drive a 20 minute radius from Newark to meet you.

6. WHAT TYPE OF RIBBONS DO I SEND? Ribbon counts needed refer to typical rosette ribbons with 3 tails that are 2 inches wide and 8 inches long. Some ribbon is 1.5 inches wide and some is wider than 2 inches. Let me know if you have the narrower ribbon, and I can adjust the count. Also, for dog show ribbons: the ribbon counts are for rosette ribbons. If you have only flat ribbons, multiply the count by 3. Please let me know if you need help with figuring out what to send.

7. CAN YOU CUSTOMIZE A DESIGN? Yes! Let me know what you're interested in me making and I will make it work. I can also make suggestions on customizing ideas.

8. HOW DO I PAY? I accept PayPal as a FRIEND to woodylogic@gmail.com, Venmo to Cheryl-Moore-711 and checks to Cheryl Moore

9. DO I SEND ANYTHING OTHER THAN MY RIBBONS AND PICTURES TO YOU? Please include a note with your name, contact information, shipping address, email address and what design(s) you would like made
